    Who we are.
    What we do.
    H
ow we are going to do it better at the UU.

Some of the topics will include: a discussion about the various programs and activities at the UUFCC, history of UUFCC, mission, vision, and covenant, board-related topics, etc.… We will have various guest speakers address these different topics. Periodically, there will be an all-congregational activity.
We will follow an appreciative inquiry format where we talk about the things we do really well, then discuss how we might do those better in the next five years, exploring the idea of what it means to be a UU.

This first week will be an organizational session. We welcome newer and longer-term members to attend and consider helping us organize this program. This will be a great way to learn about the UUFCC and help provide direction for the Fellowship in the next five years.

    Sept 19

    Room 6: Small Group Ministry

    Led by SGM facilitators

Join us to experience an hour-long Small Group Ministry Session.

This year we plan to coordinate the topic with one of Mark’s sermons during this month. For example, the September session is based on our annual Homecoming service. Usually each of us only has a moment to speak in the service, and often we’re left wishing we could hear or say more. So we’d like to offer the opportunity for small groups to share in depth about our summer journeys and experiences—and more importantly, to spend time reflecting on how they have affected us. The format includes an opening reading, check-in, and sharing in discussion on a subject related to personal and spiritual development. After a time for feedback, the group closes with a final reading.
