1st Sunday Plate Collection

Every first Sunday of the month, a nominated charity receives a collection. Twice a year during the Congregational Meetings, members nominate charities for these First Sunday collections. If you are a UUFCC member and have a charity you’d like to nominate, please keep an eye out for the Annual or Midyear packet, or email Peg Dobrinska for information. Both local and international charities can be nominated.

If you are interested in donating to our current 1st Sunday Plate charity, you can mail us a check made out to “UUFCC” (our address is 780 Waupelani Dr., State College, PA 16801), and include the name of the 1st Sunday’s charity organization in the check memo line.
