What We Do
The Board’s job is to make sure that the mission of the Fellowship is developed and implemented and that its goals are carried out in a timely, effective way; to work to engage the Fellowship in creating and implementing long-range strategic plans; to plan for and administer the resources and facilities needed to fulfill the purpose of the UUFCC; to assess the opinions of the membership; to set policy; and to act in the name of the UUFCC between meetings of the membership. The Board has sole authority to enter into, manage, and terminate contracts. It has final authority in the employment of all personnel other than the minister. The Board prepares job descriptions in cooperation with the minister and the Human Resources Committee.
Who We Are
The Board of Trustees is made up of the President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, three trustees, and the minister as an ex-officio member.

My favorite activities include traveling with my wife in our camper van, walking our sheltie, Ripley, finding rocks to polish and fossils to prepare, and researching my family history. My degree is in psychology, but my career at Penn State focused on teaching, learning and assessment.

Hello everyone! I am a researcher who works on developing ecologically sustainable materials and a teacher who teaches ethics including ethical leadership and ethical decision making. I love nature and the forest, running and biking, and exploring ethics. I believe in the eight UU principles and love our UUFCC community!
