Join us for our first Volunteer Campaign starting Sept 27. We have created fun, interactive, and thoughtful activities for the four Sundays in which we will be working toward a shared sense of purpose and responsibility in volunteering for our fellowship. The first will be an Engagement Trivia Fair where we will give you the opportunity to learn about opportunities to get involved with lots of fun incorporated.
The participants of the UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance in the Face of Collapse course (which met from October 2023-February 2024) would like to invite UUFCC members and others to participate in the UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance Discussion Group. Middle School youth engage in UU Identity through themes each month and fun activities using our Soul Matters curriculum. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, kids remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
Welcome to the Spirit Play Room! Each Sunday morning, your child will be welcomed into Room C, a quiet space with shelves lined with art supplies, story boxes, and mindful play stations. They will sit together in a circle where their teacher will present a story that invites your child into wondering about our UU values, history, rituals, social justice, and world faith traditions. World Blessings introduces our older elementary friends to our world's diverse countries, religions, and holidays through the shared activity of cooking!
