June 21, 2026 -Black History Month All Year Long!
RE: Pre-K & K
Each week our kids gather to explore our world in light of our UU values. Pre-K/K friends will engage in guided exploration of various topics with their wonderful teachers, Sue Smith and Rocky Landers, downstairs in Room D.
RE: 1st-5th Grade
1st through 5th grade kids are learning our values through the monthly congregational themes, and have a bi-monthly social justice book project and activity. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, children remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go downstairs to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
RE: Middle School
Middle School youth engage in UU Identity through themes each month and fun activities using our Soul Matters curriculum. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, kids remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
Black History Month All Year Long!
Eric Ian Farmer taught us that Black History Month was a culmination of a year of work. He challenged us to spend time exploring the experiences of our Black neighbors in our own unique way. To continue this project, we need to explore your ideas further. What, specifically, do you want to pursue? How? When? Where? Please join the Justice Committee for this important discussion to develop your ideas further and take the next step in this journey.

June 25, 2026 -Transitions
Transitions
Meets on Zoom every 4th Thursday. We face transitions all the time from getting up in the morning after a night’s rest to retiring from a job to losing a loved one. Transitions are everywhere and they are everyday. What questions do you carry with you for those life changing transitions? What hopes or fears find their way into your consciousness? What can you offer others as they face their own transitions? This is a time to connect deeply and richly about the transitions, good and bad, in our lives.
