Safety is a state of being, not something we “arrive” at - there are varying levels of safety. Safety involves creating the space for relationship - oriented toward each other.
How do we live into the mission of our fellowship: “to be a purposefully inclusive spiritual community fostering love, justice, and personal growth in harmony with nature? It takes all of us working together, leaning in on one another, seeing the deep worthiness of each member and how we can significantly impact each other’s lives by our role in our community.
