Justice Singers
UUFCC - Room 6 780 Waupelani Drive, State College, PA, United StatesThe Justice Singers of Centre County are an open community gathering for those who find power, healing, and connection through song in the face of injustice. The group sings songs of protest, resilience, and hope, drawing from resources like Rise Up Singing. Participants are encouraged to bring themselves, a friend, and an instrument if they like, but no experience is required—just a willingness to lift your voice. The circle also explores opportunities to sing at local actions and events, such as the May Day Strong Day of Action, Pride, and other protests.

We are committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by communities of color, individuals who identify as women, LGBTQ+ individuals, promoting accessibility for people with disabilities, respecting and supporting individuals of all religions, and bridging the socioeconomic gap through equitable education.

Harvest Fire Pit

Other Sundays we will engage in Music and Play, a special curriculum developed by Karen Maynard. We hope your kiddos will participate!

Sunday Service – “Hymn Sing”
UUFCC - Sanctuary 780 Waupelani Drive, State College, PA, United StatesWith Clinton Judy, Leslie Brown, Ken Riznyk, and Dr Adam Smith. Join us in singing any of your favorite hymns from the UU hymnals, including Spirit of Life, Blue Boat Home, and many others. People will be given the opportunity to call out their favorite hymn for everyone to sing! Members of the choir will also be there to help to lead us in singing. Our 1st Sunday Plate Collection for August is Good Day Cafe.

Green Sanctuary
UUFCC - Room B 780 Waupelani Drive, State College, PA, United StatesOur goal is to maintain and enhance the UUFCC's green sanctuary certification by promoting ecojustice and the environmental practices that make ecojustice possible. We do this through projects at the UUFCC and in the broader community, focusing on renewable energy, and promoting the use of sustainable food, green transportation, and clean water.
