Sunday Service – “Centre Safe: A Domestic Violence Sanctuary”
UUFCC - Sanctuary 780 Waupelani Drive, State Collegewith Cathi Alloway and speaker Jennifer Pencek. Music: Hannah Bingman Join Centre Safe Executive Director Jennifer Pencek to learn about empowering victims of domestic and sexual violence in our community. Hannah Bingman is a local State College folksinger musician.
RE: Middle School
UUFCC - Gathering Space 780 Waupelani Drive, State CollegeMiddle School youth engage in UU Identity through themes each month and fun activities using our Soul Matters curriculum. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, kids remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
RE: 1st-5th Grade
UUFCC - Gathering Space 780 Waupelani Drive, State College1st through 5th grade kids are learning our values through the monthly congregational themes, and have a bi-monthly social justice book project and activity. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, children remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go downstairs to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
