Community Event – “Global Warming 101”
Foxdale Auditorium 500 E Marylyn Ave, State CollegePublic presentation on September 24 at 7 p.m. in the Foxdale Auditorium. The speaker is Dr. Raymond Najjar Professor of Oceanography in the Department of Meteorology and Atmospheric Science, with a joint appointment in the Department of Geosciences. Come to learn the fundamentals of Earth’s changing climate, including the evidence for warming, the contributions of humans, the impacts on society and the natural world, and how our actions now will determine the severity of the threat for future generations. This event is open to the public.
