We do an abbreviated version here at UUFCC with part one last Sunday, practicing resistance. This week is part two, embodying resilience. See you Sunday!

Soulful Sundown contemplative services are held biweekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Zoom. Each gathering considers a topic offered by that evening’s presenter, who also suggests one or two related questions for silent reflection or meditation. After the quiet, all who wish are invited to share their experiences and insights. Topics vary.
