Ten Thousand Villages is planning a three-day holiday sale at the Unitarian Fellowship on November 21, 22, and 23. Since the store has closed, this will be an opportunity for the local community to support international fair-trade and shop for the holidays. We plan to have a wide variety of artisan goods, coffee, chocolate, tea, and heirloom quality rugs from Bunyaad. We’re more than a store, We’re a global maker-to-market movement that addresses economic injustice. Because every handcrafted object has a life of meaning behind it. We’re a way for you to shop with intention for ethically-sourced handcrafted wares - and to [...]

Join us in Fellowship Hall for our Multi-generational Thanksgiving service. No sign-in necessary.
Our service on Sunday is a worship service and a meal woven together to tap into the heart of what it means to be in embodied spiritual community with one another. Through the centuries, people have gathered to worship while eating meals together. Harvest rituals celebrate food and promise. Passover Seders recognize freedom and redemption. And Christian communion stemmed from the practice of sharing meals to connect people to love and grace. We are companions on this challenging journey through life. We celebrate and ritualize our connectedness through this special brunch service. This service will be in Fellowship Hall and so [...]
The participants of the UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance in the Face of Collapse course (which met from October 2023-February 2024) would like to invite UUFCC members and others to participate in the UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance Discussion Group. The purpose of this group is to create a safe and stimulating space for exploring resilience and acceptance in the face of the collapse of modern civilization and for supporting each other in making changes in our lives and communities to lessen the impact of collapse. “Resilience” includes both the capacity within each of us to allow and stay with difficult emotions while [...]
