with Rev. Tracy Sprowls and Ashley Hamlin, DLRE. Music: UUFCC Choir Welcome to another year of community, love, and possibility! This service for all ages welcomes you to a new program year with a backpack blessing, music, story, and ritual. Please collect a bit of water from a place that is special to you, whether it be from your travels or somewhere close. From viral cat antics to goofy dog videos, animals have a way of lifting our spirits and reminding us of the joy in everyday life. This Sunday, we’ll celebrate the many ways our animal companions -- whether furry, feathered, or scaled -- bless our lives with comfort, laughter, and love. Bring photos of an animal you live with or love or admire or lost. Bring your well behaved dogs and cats or chickens, too. Live animals are welcome. So are beloved stuffies.
With Rev. Tracy Sprowls. What is the purpose of our fellowship, particularly in this time of distrust, disinformation, and dystopia? What mission guides us and what vision points the way?
