Founders Day is the first Sunday in May and so we celebrate our founding and community. On the second Sunday we celebrate mothering and in particular Julia Ward Howe and Mother's International Peace Day. The 17th is a look at where we are going. Memorial Day is a day of remembering and finally, May 31 we celebrate our children, our future.
