Rev Tracy and Ashley Hamlin will host a Bagel Breakfast for all families as a way to connect with you about how we can best support you this year and for Parent Orientation for RE this year. This event will start at 9 am and you are invited to stay for a fun event which will be held at the UU at 10:30 which includes dogs from PAWS and a special reading time with the Educational Justice League. Educational Justice League Presents... TELL ME MORE! We are excited to invite you to a family friendly read aloud event for K-5th grade students! We will read 2 books on diverse topics and hold a conversation about our community! How can I connect to this community? One way is nurturing relationships and another is by getting involved and engaged in what is happening here at UUFCC. After the service, please take a walk through the Community Room to visit our Engagement Fair. Different committees, programs, and ministries of the congregation will be on display. How will you be engaged with UUFCC this year? The Engagement Fair is more than an ask for you to join a committee, although we always need that. The UUFCC Jazz Band is open to all. Rehearsals occur on Sundays in the Sanctuary, although occasionally the band may rehearse in Room 6 due to major church events. Contact David Morris if interested.
