This Sunday, we joyously launch Rev. Tracy on her well-deserved sabbatical of rest, renewal and rejuvenation, and welcome Terry Dixon as our sabbatical minister. Please come join the joy of the Sabbath!

Each week our kids gather to explore our world in light of our UU values. Pre-K/K friends will engage in guided exploration of various topics with their wonderful teachers, Sue Smith and Rocky Landers, downstairs in Room D.

Middle School youth engage in UU Identity through themes each month and fun activities using our Soul Matters curriculum.  In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, kids remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.

Welcome to the Spirit Play Room! Each Sunday morning, your child will be welcomed into Room C, a quiet space with shelves lined with art supplies, story boxes, and mindful play stations. They will sit together in a circle where their teacher will present a story that invites your child into wondering about our UU values, history, rituals, social justice, and world faith traditions. Then they will be invited to process the story on their own through art and mindful play. They will choose what to explore on their own. Welcome to the World Blessings Room! An important tenet of Unitarian Universalism is an appreciation of our world and its many blessings. World Blessings introduces our older elementary friends to our world's diverse countries, religions, and holidays through the shared activity of cooking! Cooking is a wonderful way to engage in cultural appreciation and education without appropriation. We'll engage with information about the culture from which the recipes originate, as well as the country, religion, holiday, or holy day being studied. The UUFCC Song Circle offers a fun, monthly opportunity to make music together with voices, guitars, banjos, ukuleles, drums, kazoos, etc. Anyone from the Fellowship or local community can join us to play, sing, or listen. We go around the circle with each person choosing the next song, either from our song-books or a song they brought to share. Contact Pam Short for more information.
