How do you talk about things that hurt so deeply? Let’s talk War and Peace and Love. Side With Love is the Social Justice umbrella of the UUA. Todays’ service kicks off their 30 Days of Love 2024! It is an annual month of spiritual nourishment, political grounding, and shared practices of faith and justice.

    The Stonebridge Winds will perform at UUFCC at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, as part of the UUFCC Music Series.  This woodwind quintet was formed recently by bassoonist Daryl Durran.  The other members are Ashley Shank, flute; Graham Mackenzie, oboe; Anthony Poehailos, clarinet, and Christi Smith, horn.  Their program will include a variety of interesting music.  The program is sponsored by the UUFCC Music Committee. We hope you can attend! $15 - suggested donation Students and children can attend free.     The next Hot Topics event will explore the origins of contemporary racist behavior in the US utilizing excerpts from the acclaimed documentary, "Stamped from the Beginning," based on the book of the same name by Ibram X Kendi. Discussion to follow, facilitated by our Racial Justice Committee.
