Sunday Service – “With Purpose and Meaning”
With Rev. Tracy Sprowls. What is the purpose of our fellowship, particularly in this time of distrust, disinformation, and dystopia? What mission guides us and what vision points the way?
RE: Pre-K & K
I was a baby once (with a special visit from a baby!) Each week our kids gather to explore our world in light of our UU values. Pre-K/K friends will engage in guided exploration of various topics with their wonderful teachers, Sue Smith and Rocky Landers, downstairs in Room D.
RE: 1st-5th Grade
Today: Start in the Sanctuary at 10 am, then after the Wisdom Lesson go downstairs for a special collaborative art project, story and games based on "Belonging" 1st through 5th grade kids are learning our values through the monthly congregational themes, and have a bi-monthly social justice book project and activity. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, children remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go downstairs to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.

October 18, 2025 -Community Event: NO KINGS State College
Community Event: NO KINGS State College
In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings. Our peaceful movement is only getting bigger and stronger. “NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together. The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us in State College, PA, on Saturday, October 18. [...]
