Multigenerational Sunday Service – “Stone Soup Service”

When it feels as though the world is crashing down and so many people are living in growing suffering, how can we bring gratitude into focus and feel like we can give generously from a place of fullness, not deprivation? This service relates a familiar and delightful story, introducing three strange travelers who coax an entire town into realizing the richness of coming together, sharing, and feeding each other. UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance Discussion Group
The participants of the UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance in the Face of Collapse course (which met from October 2023-February 2024) would like to invite UUFCC members and others to participate in the UUFCC Resilience and Acceptance Discussion Group. The UUFCC Jazz Band is open to all. Rehearsals occur on Sundays in the Sanctuary, although occasionally the band may rehearse in Room 6 due to major church events. Contact David Morris if interested.

Thanksgiving Potluck
Please come to our annual Thanksgiving Celebration. Gathering starts at 2pm (1pm for those helping to set-up), we will eat by 2:30 or so. Please feel free to stay and help clean up after the meal.
