RE: Pre-K & K
Each week our kids gather to explore our world in light of our UU values. Pre-K/K friends will engage in guided exploration of various topics with their wonderful teachers, Sue Smith and Rocky Landers, downstairs in Room D.
RE: 1st-5th Grade
1st through 5th grade kids are learning our values through the monthly congregational themes, and have a bi-monthly social justice book project and activity. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, children remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go downstairs to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
RE: Middle School
Middle School youth engage in UU Identity through themes each month and fun activities using our Soul Matters curriculum. In services led by Rev. Tracy Sprowls, kids remain in the Sanctuary until the Wisdom Lesson, then go to class. In multigenerational services, they stay for the entire service.
Green Sanctuary
Our goal is to maintain and enhance the UUFCC's green sanctuary certification by promoting ecojustice and the environmental practices that make ecojustice possible. We do this through projects at the UUFCC and in the broader community, focusing on renewable energy, and promoting the use of sustainable food, green transportation, and clean water.
It Matters What You Believe
This series explores the 5 smooth stones of Unitarian Universalism written by James Luther Adams as our starting point and container. The sessions cover: truth, connection, justice, agency, and hope. Come to any one session or all. Sign up here.
UUFCC Jazz Band Rehearsal
The UUFCC Jazz Band is open to all. Rehearsals occur on Sundays in the Sanctuary, although occasionally the band may rehearse in Room 6 due to major church events. Contact David Morris if interested.

Community Event – “Climate Has Always Changed”
Dr. Richard Alley will present his groundbreaking research on ice cores and Earth’s climate history, offering insight into how scientists understand past climate change and what that history tells us about the present. By studying records preserved deep within glaciers, Dr. Alley explains that while climate has always changed naturally, those changes have had profound impacts on life on Earth. Comparing past shifts in carbon dioxide to today’s conditions shows that current climate change is overwhelmingly driven by human activity, and scientific models accurately reflect the scale of the challenge we face. Dr. Alley, a Penn State professor since 1988, is [...]

Song Circle
The UUFCC Song Circle offers a fun, monthly opportunity to make music together with voices, guitars, banjos, ukuleles, drums, kazoos, etc. Anyone from the Fellowship or local community can join us to play, sing, or listen. We go around the circle with each person choosing the next song, either from our song-books or a song they brought to share. Contact Pam Short for more information.
