The Sanctuary is our largest space and can seat about 250 people in the audience, not including the choir seats and stage. Sliding glass doors line the eastern wall overlooking part of the beautiful grounds outside. Part of the back of the room expands into the next door Community Room with sliding dividing panels. The A/V system was upgraded in 2022 and features capability for projection, a hearing loop, 3 camera views, hybrid event attendance (through Zoom) and event recording, eight wireless microphones (including 2 lapel or over-the-ear mics), a podium mic, hanging choir mics, and a variety of instrumental mics. A trained member of the UUFCC Tech Crew must be hired to run the A/V system for any events. If you prefer to use your own professional tech crew, please discuss with the Office Administrator.

The Fellowship Hall is our second largest room, popularly used for receptions, dinner parties, and potlucks, because it is adjacent to our professional kitchen for easy access. Large glass windows line the room, and a tall ceiling with skylights bring in light. Timber truss beams make for an attractive way to add string lights or other hanging decorations. A storage closet accessible from this room contains long folding tables and folding chairs that can be used in any configuration. This room does not have a built-in sound system.

We have a variety of other meeting spaces available, including a potential full-time room/office space. Some rooms have TVs that can be connected to via HDMI cables. Some spaces are set up with chairs in a circle for more intimate meetings, and some rooms are more appropriate for meetings at tables. All spaces can be re-arranged to your liking, as long as they are put back afterwards.
